Expert 3: Training & Capacity Development
About the job
Conceptualize and design training and capacity development activities for MoSD at ministry level and for field staff, in the centres and other national partners (OPDs, etc); support the rollout of training modules on standardised referral mechanisms and on strengthen the competencies of MoSD field staff in the area of independent-living (Output 2.1 and Output 3.1); Apply participatory adult learning methodologies suitable for government frontline personnel.
Your qualifications
Criteria:

University degree in Social Sciences, Communications, Social Work, or other

English and Arabic level C1

5 years of exp in Jordan

5 years of exp in development cooperation projects

7years of exp in training and capacity development for government partners in the social sector
